The Viral Story Of A Fortuner Driver Holds A Gun, In A Short Time Of Being Arrested By The Police
JAKARTA - The man with the initials MFA had to follow the police because of his arrogant action, brandishing a gun like a street cowboy. In fact, his action went viral on social media. MFA's arrogant action began when he was driving a Fortuner car in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta, on Friday, April 2. At around 01.00 WIB, MFA hit a woman who was a motorcyclist. The accident occurred at a red light intersection at Jalan Colonel Sugiono. "At that time, the person concerned was driving a Fortuner B 1673 vehicle, crossing a road junction with red traffic light conditions. Then he hit a motorcycle carrying a woman," said the Head of Public Relations. Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus in his statement, Friday, April 2. Instead of apologizing, MFA opened the windshield and got angry. A number of witnesses, namely online motorcycle taxi drivers tried to defend the woman who rode motorbikes trying to stop the MFA vehicle. To his surprise, the MFA suddenly pointed a gun at a number of witnesses. This pistol pointing was recorded on the cellphone of one of the witnesses whose video went viral on social media. "I'll just walk. I'll just walk," said the Fortuner driver, brandishing a gun. A number of witnesses who helped the female driver get involved in a quarrel, when they saw the gun pointed, immediately asked Fortuner driver to go. They did not forget to record the Fortuner police number. "Crazy, crazy. Unplug, unplug. I wrote this down, the license plate. Bring a gun. Viralin, viralin!" exclaimed a video recorder. The arrogant action immediately went viral on social media. The police, to be precise, the Jatanras team and Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya immediately investigated the cowboy's action. Referring to the vehicle's police number, namely, B 1673 SJV, the police tracked him down. Not long after, the owner of the Fortuner car having an address in the Patal Senayan area, South Jakarta, was found by the police. "Then the team moved there to chase the perpetrator. When he arrived at the residence, the driver was not found," said Yusri.
However, the ranks of Polda Metro Jaya received information on the whereabouts of MFA from their parents. Until finally, MFA was arrested in the parking lot of a shopping center. "We will secure the person concerned in one of the South Jakarta mall parking lots. Then now we have presented it at Polda Metro Jaya for a deeper examination," said Yusri. From the results of the interim examination, said Yusri, the gun the MFA uses for scare is not a firearm. Instead, it is an airsoft gun. "It is still under investigation. The weapon we found is an airsoft gun," said Yusri. Later, after the investigation is complete the police will determine the articles and sentences that the arrogant driver is suspected of.
