Komdis Hukum Persib Dua Match Kandang Tanpa Penonton Buntut Kerocuran Supporter
JAKARTA - Persib Bandung must receive rewards for the chaos of supporters after the match against Persija Jakarta on September 23, 2024. Maung Bandung was punished by the PSSI Disciplinary Committee (Komdis) having to undergo two home games without spectators.
The PSSI Komdis decision was released through the PSSI official website on Friday, October 4, 2024.
From that statement, it was explained that Bojan Hodak's team received a penalty in the form of a ban on two home games without spectators plus other sanctions.
"The sentence is prohibited from holding matches with spectators when hosting up to half the season of the BRI Liga 1 2024/2025 Competition, with details, namely closing the entire stadium for two consecutive matches in place in the nearest match," wrote PSSI Komdis.

After two home games without a full audience, Persib also received a sentence without spectators in some stands for three home games. In addition, Maung Bandung also received a fine.
"Continuing the closure of some stadiums, namely the north tribune and the south tribune, there were three consecutive matches and a fine of Rp. 295 million," the information continued in the statement.
Previously, it was known that the crowd riot occurred after Persib defeated Persija Jakarta 2-0 in the sixth week of Liga 1 2024/2025.
In fact, for 90 minutes the game went safe. However, when the match was over, hundreds of Persib supporters took to the field and attacked some of the stewards.
The riots are known to be a response to incidents of alleged intimidation and beatings by Persib officials and players against a Bobotoh after the match against Port FC the previous week.
In addition, there were also allegations of harassment by unscrupulous stewards against Bobotoh, a woman who was one of the triggers for the attack.
Meanwhile, the PSSI Komdis did not see the riots of supporters being the only consideration in determining the punishment. Apparently, Persib committed many violations.
"There was a large amount of flare, throwing mineral water in bottles and plastic at the stewards on the sidelines, entering the field area of the match which resulted in persecution and rioting and injuries," reads the release of Komdis PSSI.
