KUDUS - Secretary of Team V Implementing Free Nutrition Food Trials Wantimpres Nevy Dwi Soesanto revealed that the trial of the free nutritious food program (MBG) was carried out in 316 schools spread across six cities and one district.
"Of the hundreds of elementary and junior high and equivalent schools, the number of students reached 134,959 students," he said while attending the mitigation ceremony and the trial of the free nutritious food program (MBG) in the MTs Negeri 1 hall of Kudus, reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 2.
Of the six cities where the trials were tested, he said, there were the cities of Surakarta, Salatiga, and Kudus Regency which carried out trials in four schools with 2,599 students.
The four schools in Kudus Regency include MTs Negeri 1 Kudus, SMP 1 Gebog, SD 2 Weergu Wetan, and SDIT Umar Bin Khathab.
According to him, this free nutritious eating program does not only provide nutritious food intake for students, but also aims to achieve Indonesia's gold 2045.
Through this trial, saidvy, it does want findings, so that they can become evaluation material so that the implementation in 2025 can run better and there are no problems.
The problem that must be anticipated is related to the cleanliness of the kitchen of the catering business owner in order to avoid possible food contamination with other objects that can have a negative impact on students, such as diarrhea.
"We understand, this is a new experience because we have to prepare thousands of meals in a day. The results of the trial in Kudus since September 30, 2024 until now have not found a problem," he said.
Meskipun demikian, kata dia, pemerintah kabupaten harus tetap melakukan pengawasan, sehingga nantinya bisa terjalankan dengan baik.
