The Attorney General's Office Examines Former KKJTJ Members In The MBZ Toll Corruption Case
The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) continues to investigate the alleged corruption case of alleged corruption in the construction work of the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II toll road in the Cikunir to West Karawang or known as MBZ.
Most recently, investigators examined one witness in the case, namely a former member of the Road Bridge and Tunnel Safety Commission (KKJTJ) of the Japek II Elevated Toll Road.
"Examining witness DR who is a member of the Road Bridge and Tunnel Security Commission (KKJTJ) for the Japek II Elevated Toll Road for the period 2015 to 2017," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar in his statement, Wednesday, October 2.
However, it was not conveyed in detail what investigators examined from the witness. Harli only said that the examination was carried out on Tuesday, October 1.
In addition, it was also stated that the examination was intended to further investigate the alleged criminal act committed by the suspect with the initials DP.
"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Harli
Meanwhile, DP is Waskita-Acset's operational cooperation (KSO) power who is the fifth suspect in the MBZ Toll corruption case.

It is known that the AGO has named four other suspects, namely the President Director (Director) of Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC) Djoko Dwijono, Chairman of the Auction Committee PT JJC Yudhi Mahyudin, Director of Operations of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Sofiah Balfas, and former Expert Staff of the PT LAPI Ganeshama Consulting Bridge, Tony Budianto Sihite.
They have undergone a judicial process. Where, the panel of judges sentenced them to 4 years in prison.
