Day Two Of Visits In NTT, Jokowi Inaugurates Dam And Hospital
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) continued his second day of work visit in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, by inaugurating a number of infrastructures, Wednesday, October 1, 2024.
Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat, Yusuf Permana, in his statement said that on the second day of his working visit, the President would visit a number of areas in NTT.
"On the second day in NTT, the President will visit a number of regions to inaugurate various infrastructures," Yusuf said as quoted by ANTARA.
Starting his activity, the Head of State left for South Central Timor Regency from El Tari International Airport, Kupang City, using the Indonesian Air Force Super Puma helicopter, at around 07.30 WITA.
In South Central Timor Regency, the Head of State is scheduled to inaugurate the Temef Dam. After the inauguration, President Jokowi and his entourage continued their journey to North Central Timor Regency by using the Indonesian Air Force Super Puma helicopter.
In North Central Timor Regency, Yusuf said, President Jokowi will inaugurate the Napan Integrated State Border Post (PLBN) and other PLBN in a number of regions in Indonesia.
"In addition, the President will also visit the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) and markets in the area to conduct a review," he said.

Also accompanying President Jokowi during this visit were Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Acting Governor of NTT Andriko Noto Susanto, Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Muhammad Zamroni, and NTT Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga.
Meanwhile, he also released President Jokowi's departure at El Tari International Airport, Kupang City, namely the Acting Mayor of Kupang warehousing Lusi, Danrem 161/Wira Sakti Kupang Brigadier General Joao Xavier Barreto Nunes, and Kupang Police Chief Kombes Pol Aldiann RJH Manurung.
