Bureaucratic Treatment Is Too Complicated, Deputy Chairperson Of The Bogor DPRD 'Challenges' The Regent To Revoke Perbup 60

Deputy Chairperson of the Bogor Regency DPRD, Wawan Hikal Kurdi, gave a 'challengage' to the upcoming Bogor Regent to revoke Regent Regulation (Regent) Number: 60 of 2023 concerning health.

"I am sad to see that the public wants treatment for too complicated the bureaucracy, I ask that Perbup 60 be revoked by the upcoming leaders - regents," said Wawan Hikal after attending a discussion of the Bogor Regency DPRD Journalists Working Group (Pokwan) in Cibinong, Antara, Tuesday, October 1.

According to him, the implementation of Perbup Number: 60 of 2023 since March 1, 2024 concerning Optimization of Participation in the National Health Insurance Program and Providing Health Service Financing Assistance is detrimental to the community.

In Perbup 60, the regulation indirectly rules out the main functions and objectives of the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) belonging to the Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab).

According to him, the impact of the hospital's function has shifted to a health industry that is no longer human, but is seeking profit only and the party most disadvantaged is the poor family.

"This Perbup 60 must be revoked, because it does not side with the community. It is more detrimental than its benefits," he said.

The Community Health Insurance Budget (Jamkesmas) is financed from the Bogor Regency APBD. Based on Perbup No. 60 of 2023, the poor, Non-Wage Recipient Workers (PBPU), and Non-Workers can be served in hospitals if they have been validated to be included in the Social Welfare Integrated Data List (DTKS).

Meanwhile, to be included in the DTKS list, residents must go through the process of data collection, data verification, checking on the Social-Next Generation (SIKS-NG) Information System Application, DTKS validation, and registration. The data is also updated per month.

The time limit for inputting applicant data which is only carried out between 15-25 and a month makes it difficult for people who need emergency services.
