Gen-Z Support Flows, Andra Soni Stabilizes Steps In Banten Gubernatorial Election

Dozens of Banten Successors volunteers consisting of youth, students, and millennials (Gen-Z) declared their support for Banten Governor Candidate Andra Soni. This declaration was held at Awi Cafe, Rangkasbitung, on Saturday night, September 28, 2024.

The Banten Successor Volunteer Coordinator, Egi Hendrawan, stated the presence of these students and the younger generation as a symbol of hope and support for Andra Soni in realizing Banten's progress. "The presence of Banten's Successor Volunteers is a form of commitment from the younger generation to support Andra Soni," said Egi in his statement, Sunday, September 29.

According to Egi, Banten's Successors Volunteers were formed to provide space for youth and Gen-Z throughout Banten. These volunteers are scattered in various cities and districts in Banten, with a main focus on the younger generation. "The management of these volunteers is dominated by youth, students, and Gen-Z, because after Andra Soni wins, it is this young generation that will continue the leadership relay in Banten," he explained.

In the declaration, volunteers also held consolidation to strengthen support for the Andra Soni and Dimyati Natakusumah pairs in the 2024-2029 Banten Governor and Deputy Governor Elections.

Egi added that the free school program promoted by the Andra-Dimyati pair is one of the strong reasons the Banten community supports them. "This free school program is highly expected by the community and can be a solution to create more advanced Banten," concluded Egi.

Furthermore, a similar declaration will be held in Pandeglang.
