The distribution is spread across 33 provinces covering 390 regencies/cities. The financing is distributed by 37 channeling banks and built by 6,880 developers in 10,325 housing.
If you look at the 2024 target of 8,717 housing units, the community still has the opportunity to utilize Tapera housing financing. The Tapera financing is distributed not only to civil servants. This is because BP Tapera also distributes housing financing to the general public through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program.

Currently, BP Tapera has succeeded in disbursing 151,902 housing units worth Rp18.56 trillion.
BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho revealed that his party as the government investment operator mandated in managing FLPP funds seeks to provide optimal service to the community.
Especially in terms of distribution of subsidized housing financing, one of which is by seeking to increase the FLPP quota by 34,000 housing units from the set target.
"BP Tapera has overseen the process of increasing the FLPP quota and is currently in the technical process of disbursing DIPA by the Ministry of Finance. We expect support from all BP Tapera partners, especially banks and developer associations to continue to synergize in realizing livable and affordable housing for the community," Heru said in a written statement, Friday, September 27.
