The Late Luxury Property Of Cyclone-Goran Eriksson Will Be Sold
JAKARTA - The latehon-Goran Eriksson's mansion has been prepared for sale.
According to Swedish media, Expressen, a family lawyer, Andres Runebjer, was reportedly completing registration for Eriksson's legacy before selling him.
The large 900 square meter house located in Sunne, where Eriksson was born, has been his home since 2002.
The mansion is called Bjorkefors. The house has an area of about 2.5 hectares with other buildings on the ground including lake villas, tennis courts, and swimming pools with large salt water pools. This house is estimated to be worth around ~4.8 million.

Runebjer hopes the property will sell relatively easily. In addition, he hopes buyers will have some kind of close relationship with the late Eriksson.
Eriksson reportedly borrowed a large amount of money to renovate the property after moving there during his tenure as British Mananjer.
However, the mortgage certificate for the largest loan ends on Guernsey Island. While it is not known whether any other loan has been completed.
The property was offered for sale for 3 million pounds in 2010.
However, the property was never sold and withdrawn from the market in 2017 after Eriksson was sacked by Chinese club Shenzhen.
He chose to spend his last days there.
Meanwhile,ULang-Goran Eriksson passed away in August 2024 after battling pancreatic cancer. He died at the age of 76.
His funeral took place in early September 2024 in his hometown, Torsby, Sweden.
Hundreds of mourners came to say goodbye to the beloved coach, including David Beckham and Roy Hodgson.
