FUNDS Overcome Online Fraud Problems By Presenting Various Layered Features And Security
JAKARTA DANA, a digital financial platform, reveals that the number of users and transactions continues to increase. Along with this achievement, cyber threats also increased.
As stated by the Co-Founder and CEO of DANA Indonesia, Vince Iswara, the number of DANA users is now more than 180 million and transactions per day have reached 39 million. This digital service can be accessed in various regions so that the achievement is quite large.
As one of the platforms that utilizes technology, Vince realizes that cyber threats continue to develop. Many threats have emerged and DANA is trying to overcome this problem well.
"There are challenges, such as online cyber threats, and online hoaxes or Tipol. These are many in the form of online gambling, online loans, scamming, phishing," Vince said, on Thursday, September 26. "This is all a concern for us to be able to secure users in Indonesia."
With so many online fraud cases, Vince stated that his party was trying to stop the problem. This company has done many things, ranging from cooperation with the government and various institutions to establishing the Anti-Money Laundering Work Unit and Prevention of Terrorism Financing.

"Our Risk Engine can process millions or billions of processes per day or per month so that we can analyze whether this transaction is safe or not. If the transaction looks unsafe, we can share recommendations and guidelines," explained Vince.
Other technologies that continue to increase are DANA Protection. This feature has layered types of security such as OTP, Pin, statements related to security, tokenization, face verification with DANAVIZ, passkey, and push verify.
Although its security has been improved, DANA also brings various guarantees to its customers, ranging from the Re-money Guarantee, the Suspicious Activity Check system, Confirming Suspicious Activities, to Reporting Via Complaints Number which collaborates directly with the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo).
