Kombat Hamster Prepares To Launch Digital Wallet And Payment With HMSTR Token
JAKARTA - Hamster Kombat, a Telegram-based game with the concept of Tap-to-Earn (T2E), is preparing to launch digital wallet services and payment systems using their original token, HMSTR. This step further confirms the development of this game from just a reward-based game to a wider provider of infrastructure services. Based on the announcement on Telegram Hamster Kombat's official channel, preparations for the launch of the digital wallet are underway. In addition, the HMSTR token is also scheduled to be launched this week, with a much-anticipated airdrop by the crypto community and members of the TON ecosystem. The airdrop is scheduled to take place on September 26, after shooting on September 20.
Of the 300 million players who have signed up since the launch of Hamster Kombat in March 2024, only 131 million players have eligible to receive HMSTR airdrops. This shows that only about 43.7% of the total player base meets the criteria. The development team found 2.3 million players involved in cheating activity, while 30.8 million other players had not yet selected their token withdrawal method.
The Kombat Hamster has a total supply of 100 billion HMSTR tokens, with an allocation of 75% of the total supply aimed at the community. However, only 60% will be distributed after the first season. Of these, 88.75% will be distributed through the airdrop, while the remaining 11.25% will be locked for ten months after HMSTR is listed on the stock exchange. The remaining 15% will be distributed in the second season.
To ensure a fair distribution of tokens, Hamster Kombat has implemented an anti-fraud strategy. This step was taken after it was discovered that several players were trying to manipulate the system to gain more profit. With this system, Hamster Kombat tries to protect loyal players and ensure that the distribution of rewards takes place fairly.
In addition to the launch of the digital wallet, Hamster Kombat also introduced a new income program that allows users to earn up to 300% annual percentage yield (APY) from their airdrop claims. The program started on September 24, two days before the official launch of the HMSTR token. Players can increase their holdings by selecting the Wallet option as an airdrop claim method within the Hamster Kombat app.
