Two Ships At Muara Baru Port Burned, 12 Firefighters Units Deployed
JAKARTA - Two ships located at Muara Baru Port, East Pier, North Jakarta caught fire this afternoon. A total of 12 firefighters were deployed.
Head of North Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept. Gatot Sulaeman confirmed the incident. The incident occurred on Wednesday, 12.35 WIB.
"It is true that there has been a fire. Two ship tests at Muara Baru Port," said Gatot in his statement, Wednesday, September 25.
When asked further about the chronology to the cause of the fire, Gatot was reluctant to answer. Because the extinguishing process is still ongoing.
