Macau Open 2024: Easy Dejan/Gloria Steps To The Second Round
JAKARTA - Mixed doubles pair Dejan Ferdinansyah/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja qualified for the second round of the Macau Open 2024.
The Chinese Open 2024 semifinalist got a ticket after stopping the Chinese Taipei pair, Chen Xin-Yuan/Wang Yi Zhen, two straight games 21-12 and 21-13 on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, afternoon WIB.
In this match, Dejan/Gloria only struggled at the beginning of the game before being able to suppress the opponent continuously.
In the first game, Dejan/Gloria were forced to play tight only up to 8-8. There were a total of six twin numbers in that period.
The four consecutive points they scored after that made the opponent's game even more undeveloped. They then easily reached game points 20-10.
