DPRD Urges Sarana Jaya To Return Rp217 Billion For The Purchase Of Corrupted Rp0 Home Land For DP
JAKARTA - Head of Commission B DRPD DKI Abdul Aziz urged Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya to return a budget of Rp. 217 billion. This money was used to buy land for the Rp 0 DP home program in Munjul, which is suspected of being corrupted.
The regional budget has been paid by Sarana Jaya to PT Adonara Propertindo to purchase a 4.2 hectare land.
"We emphasize again that there should be no state losses from yesterday's case. We must withdraw Rp200 billion in cash, outside of the ongoing legal process," said Aziz on Wednesday, March 31.
Aziz admitted that so far the DKI DPRD has not intervened too deeply regarding the process of land acquisition for Sarana Jaya. However, when the suspicion of corruption on the land of the Rp0 DP house surfaced, the DPRD felt that it was missed.
"DPRD did not go too deep into the process of making DP 0 rupiah. We only reviewed their proposals in general and globally to get PMD for making DP 0 rupiah," said Aziz.
Therefore, Azis wanted the DPRD to look more closely at the Sarana Jaya program. "Since this incident, we will go deeper so that there are no more irregularities. Because this is the responsibility of the board as supervisor. We urge this not to happen again, the SOP will be corrected immediately," he continued.
Aziz also urged Sarana Jaya to provide detailed information per land they purchased, starting from the size of the land to the total cost per land, so that this could be shared with the residents of Jakarta.
This is because, according to him, the proposed land acquisition has clear legal aspects, such as title deeds. This is to prevent the alleged corruption in the purchase of land for the Rp0 DP house from happening again.
"We want to know the details of the location, how much land, and so on. Moreover, there is not a single document in which the purchase of this land will be allocated for what it is intended for. Even though they have verbally mentioned this for DP Rp0 rupiah," said Aziz.
Responding, Acting (Plt) Managing Director of Sarana Jaya Indra S. Arharrys admitted that it is not that easy for it to withdraw money that is currently being litigated. Indra said that the process of recovering state losses could be carried out if the alleged corruption case was brought to justice.
"We are still trying our best to take it. We are trying to run it, but it is still a process. We respect the ongoing legal process. We'll just wait for the results," he said.
Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.
Apart from that, the KPK also named two private parties, Anja Runtuwene, and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.
The four suspects are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. juncto Article 55 Paragraph 1-1 of the Criminal Code.
