Tamara Tyasmara Relie Yudha Arfandi Demanded To Die In The Case Of Dante's Death

Celebrity Tamara Tyasmara said she was relieved by the demands of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) who demanded the death penalty against Yudha Arfandi as a defendant in the alleged murder case of Dante.

For Tamara, this claim was commensurate with the actions she did against her only child.

"It's worth it, yes, with all that, although I couldn't attend the courtroom when I heard the news, it was a little relieved," said Tamara Tyasmara in the Tebet area, South Jakarta, Monday, September 23.

Now Tamara just needs to hope that later the court decision given to her ex-lover is in line with her demands.

"So now we hope that this demand will run smoothly and then the judge's demands will be appropriate," he added.

Previously, the Public Prosecutor read out his demands against Yudha Arfandi who was found guilty of negligence and killed someone's life.

Therefore, the Public Prosecutor finally decided to charge Yudha Arfandi with the death penalty as a form of accountability for his actions.

"We demand to declare the defendant Yudha Arfandi legally and convincingly guilty of committing a criminal act by deliberately taking the lives of others as in the first primary indictment of Article 340 of the Criminal Code," said the prosecutor at the East Jakarta District Court, Monday, September 23.

"The defendant Yudha Arfandi was sentenced to death and stated that the defendant should be detained," he continued.
