Not Because Of Pamer Rumah, Robbery And Murder In Pamijahan Bogor Because Of Debt
Bogor Resort Police managed to apprehend four perpetrators of terror against a family that killed one person in Cimayang Village, Pamijahan, Bogor Regency, West Java.
The four perpetrators with the initials D (30), S (29), C (48) and O (26) were presented during the disclosure of criminal cases at the Bogor Police Headquarters, Cibinong, Monday, September 23.
Bogor Deputy Police Chief Kompol Adhimas Sriyono Putra revealed that of the four arrested, D was the mastermind behind the incident, which caused HS (26) to die, and the victim's wife, RF (27), the child of the victim AL (10) and the mother-in-law of the victim NN (55) were seriously injured.
"We arrested the four perpetrators in different places. We arrested C and O on September 17 at around 13.00 WIB and 18.00 WIB in the Cibungbulang area. Meanwhile, we arrested the perpetrators D and S on Saturday, September 20, at around 22.00 WIB in the Pandeglang area, Banten," said Adhimas.
He explained that perpetrator D was a person who knew the victim HS, because the perpetrator had pawned his car to HS.
"The victim and perpetrator D previously knew each other, even Calya's car, which at the time of the incident was at the victim's house, was a car that was pawned to HS amounting to Rp23 million. However, because the pressure of the victim to collect and the perpetrator could not pay, it arose to commit a crime," he said.
D has been preparing the crime plan for a long time. He invited his three colleagues S, C and O to execute the victim.
The perpetrator had planned to execute the victim's family on September 13 and September 15 but it was canceled. Then, the act of terror accompanied by violent theft took place on September 18, 2024 in the early hours of the morning.
Adhimas explained, on September 17, 2024, perpetrator D and perpetrator S visited the victim's house. The two of them came using D's Yamaha Nmax motorbike in the trunk and had a large fit key ready to persecute the victim.
After arriving at the victim's house, the two perpetrators were presented coffee by the victim. They even had time to drink the liquor that the perpetrator brought to make the victim HS drunk.
"At around 3 am (Wednesday 18 September 2024), perpetrator D hit the victim's head with a large pass key several times. Then perpetrator S smothered, and ensnared the victim's neck using a cable," said Adhimas.
When confirming the death toll, then perpetrators D and S entered the victim's house where the victim's wife, RF (27), the child of the victim AL (10) and NN (55) in-laws of the victim.
"Then the two perpetrators abused the three victims who were in the house until the victims suffered serious injuries," explained Adhimas.
After confirming that all the victims were lying down, the two perpetrators took the Mitsubishi Xpander victim's car and intended to pick up two of his colleagues, namely perpetrator C and perpetrator O who were already waiting on Jalan Raya Cibungbulang.
However, when he was about to be picked up, only C was still waiting on the road, while O went home first to his house.
Not long after picking up the perpetrators, they then returned to the victim's house with the intention of moving the victims to another place.
"Three perpetrators, namely D, S and C, returned to the victim's house to move the victims, all of whom were suspected by the perpetrators. All of the victims (including the three families of the victims) had died. However, when they went to the crime scene, the perpetrators saw that the victim's house was already crowded, so they did not return to Pandeglang," explained Adhimas.
When leaving the victim's house, in the middle of the trip, perpetrator C asked to come down. However, the other two perpetrators D and S continued their escape to Pandeglang.
Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bogor Police, AKP Teguh Kumara, said that based on the perpetrator's confession, they did this for economic reasons.
"The ornament of a set belonging to the victim's wife was like three rings, one bracelet and earrings and five cellphones," said Teguh.
For their actions, the four perpetrators were rewarded with multiple articles with a maximum sentence of life imprisonment or the death penalty.
