Densus 88 Searched The Houses Of Suspected Terrorists In Bandung Regency
BANDUNG - Densus 88 Anti-terror searched houses in the Bandung Regency area that were occupied by suspected terrorists. This suspected terrorist was arrested in the South Jakarta area.
Kapolresta Bandung Kombes Hendra Kurniawan confirmed that his party was accompanying the Densus 88 team which was conducting a search to complete evidence after the arrest of two people suspected of being involved in a terrorist network.
"We, from the Bandung Police, helped facilitate the search. An occupant of this house was arrested this afternoon in South Jakarta. Then came to this house to look for evidence," said Hendra, Wednesday, March 31.
"Regarding the results of the search, we cannot provide information and conclude. Because searches and examinations are still being carried out," he concluded.
Previously in Jakarta, the suspected terrorists entered the National Police Headquarters at around 16.30 WIB. From the video circulating, he had pointed a firearm at the police who were in a room near the fence at the National Police Headquarters.
After that the suspected terrorist was paralyzed by the police to death. Meanwhile, eyewitnesses said they heard gunshots repeatedly when the suspected terrorist entered the National Police Headquarters.
Currently, the security of the National Police Headquarters is being tightened. There has been no information from the National Police regarding the incident at the Police Headquarters.
