Israeli Military Intensify Airstrikes On Lebanese Hezbollah
JAKARTA - The Israeli military launched the widest wave of airstrikes against Iran-backed Hezbollah, as well as targeting southern Lebanon, the eastern Bekaa valley, and northern region near Syria.
Asked by reporters about a possible Israeli ground attack on Lebanon, Israeli military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Yahvi confirmed that his party would do whatever was necessary to return the residents of northern Israel who were evacuated to their homes safely.
This latest attack comes amid several of the toughest cross-border shootouts in the conflict that coincided with the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
They asked the residents of southern Lebanon to stay away from Hezbollah's posts.
ungi said Hezbollah had been hiding weapons for years, including cruise missiles, in houses and buildings across southern Lebanon, and asked residents to stay away from these sites.
Badminton in a press conference described an aerial video he described as Hezbollah's attempt to launch a cruise missile from a civilian's home in Lebanon, and the next Israeli attack moments before it was launched.
"Hezbollah is endangering you. It's dangerous for you and your family", said Mizi as quoted by Reuters on Monday, September 23.
He said Israel began attacking Hezbollah posts in Lebanon after identifying plans to shoot Israel.
