A Total Of 24 Pati And Pamen Polri Transferred Ahead Of Retirement
JAKARTA A total of 24 high-ranking officers (pati) and middle-ranking officers (pamen) at the Indonesian National Police were transferred. Based on the telegram issued by the National Police Headquarters based on the decision of the National Police Chief on September 20, 2024, the mutation was carried out as preparation for retirement.
The highest National Police official to be transferred is Komjen Rycko Amelza Dahniel. Rycko's last position is the Head of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT). This three-star police general has served as the Head of BNPT since April 3, 2023. Rycko was transferred as a high-ranking officer at the National Police Education and Training Center.
Rycko's position in BNPT was replaced by Komjen Eddy Hartono, who had served as Head of Densus 88 Anti-Terror.
Apart from Rycko, there were four high-ranking National Police officers with the rank of Inspector General (Irjen) who were also transferred because they were entering retirement. Then there are eight high-ranking officers with the rank of Brigadier General (Brigjen), as well as 11 middle officers with the rank of Senior Commissioner (Kombes).
