2 Ministry of Transportation civil servants absent from KPK summons related to DJKA bribery allegation
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that two state civil servants (ASN) at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) were absent from summoning witnesses on Wednesday, September 18 yesterday.
Their information is even though it is necessary to investigate the alleged bribery of a railroad project within the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA).
KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika said the two Ministry of Transportation employees had the initials DR and WI. Meanwhile, their information was Danto Restiawan, who served as Director of Road Transportation Facilities and Wicaksono Indarto as PPK in Sterilization of the Antara Depok - Citayam Train Line at Km 36 + 200 - Km 37 + 825 Along = 3,250 M on the Manggarai-Bogor Cross for the 2016 period.
"Two witnesses were not present without information," said Tessa in a written statement, Thursday, September 19.
The investigators then examined another witness, said Tessa. The person who answered this call had the initials YI.
YI based on the search is Yunanto Indriyanto who is the power of the Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma.
"Witness YI is being investigated regarding the record of granting fees to many parties," said a spokesman with the investigator's background.
Previously reported, the DJKA Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) bribery case began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to allegations of corruption at the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region. This action was carried out on April 11, 2023.
From the silent operation, the KPK then named 10 suspects. Four parties are suspected of being bribers of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung (IPA) Dion Renato Sugiarto (DIN); Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma, Muchamad Hikmat (MUH); Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023 Yoseph Ibrahim (YOS); and VP of PT KA Management Properti Parjono (PAR).

The KPK then announced two new suspects in this case on January 22, 2024. They are Yofi Okatrisza as ASN at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and former auditor of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Medi Yanto Sipahutar.
