88Rising Brings Head In The Clouds To Indonesia

JAKARTA - Good news for 88rising fans! This music collective will bring their own festival, Head in the Clouds, to Jakarta on March 7, 2020. The collective that houses rapper Rich Brian and singer Niki will bring along their artists and other musicians.

Since Rich Brian's appearance in 88rising, the collective's popularity has been heard more and more by music lovers. Founded by Sean Miyashiro, 88rising is a record label, video production and marketing company.

This label is home to Asian musicians such as Dumbfoundead, Higher Brothers, Joji, Keith Ape, Lexie Liu, NIKI, Rich Brian, August 08, Don Krez, and most recently, Stephanie Poetri.

Established since 2015, 88rising consistently releases new music to promote its artists. Joji and Rich Brian can perhaps be cited as examples of successful 88rising. Both of them made it to the Billboard charts with their albums and singles.

The album Head In the Clouds is a compilation of songs and singers under 88rising. Not only were 88rising artists filled, but they also collaborated with musicians such as Phum Viphurit, Goldlink, and Playboi Carti. The album made it to number 76 on the Billboard charts.

Seeing the growing success of its artists, 88rising boldly held the Head in the Clouds festival on August 17, 2019 in Los Angeles State Historic Park. This festival also brought DPR Live, iKON, and other names to this event. Head in the Clouds has gathered more than 25 thousand people.
