DKI Jakarta Tightens Manpower Supervision Through The DINAR Application
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency has tightened employment supervision through the application of the Labor Norm Data and Information System (DINAR).
"The presence of this DINAR application is an effort to overcome the labor problem, which has been a crucial issue," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi) Hari Nugroho quoting Antara.
The application is the basis for employment supervision through an online "self-assessment" method.
Hari explained that this application was created based on the data it has, there are more than 300 thousand companies operating in five cities and one district in Jakarta.
"Meanwhile, there are only 43 of our supervisors. If it is done conventionally, it will not be finished," said Hari.
All companies operating in DKI Jakarta will be required to use this DINAR application. Technically, the application will be connected to the licensing application belonging to the One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).
The results of filling out the DINAR application are one of the requirements in managing company licensing.
The socialization stage is carried out until the end of this year and field surveillance operations follow up on the in-app assessment starting in early 2025.
Hari explained that the assessment in the application was divided into three categories, namely red, yellow and green. Companies are required to fill in the answers of 230 questions available in the application to determine the value category.
Companies that get an answer value of more than 80 percent will enter the green category. Meanwhile, if they are only able to answer 20 percent, they will fall into the red category.
At the initial stage, said Hari, further assessment will target companies that fall into the red category.
In addition, to change companies that fall into the red category, his party will carry out coaching with a target for one month up to the yellow category and the other to enter the green category.
The sanctions approach will also apply to companies that do not want to take part in coaching so that their value category does not increase.
"Yes, if it has been fostered but has not improved, it means that it must be dealt with. Because it is related to PTSP, of course, it cannot extend the permit," said Hari.
Head of the Supervision Division of the DKI Jakarta Nakertransgi Service, Titin Safrini added, at the 2024 Naker Award activity organized by the Ministry of Manpower, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) received a number of awards.
In the government sector, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government won three award categories, namely the best occupational safety and health (K3) coaching award, the best workplace planning and the best employment development index for the moderate intensity category.
Then at the same time as the launch of this application, his party handed over awards to companies that received awards, namely 107 companies that received the categories "zero accident award" and 42 companies categorized as P2 HIV/AIDS Award.
"In addition, we also submit certificates of Work Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) for as many as 546 companies," said Titin.
