Kemenparekraf: Human Resources Key To The Success Of Tourism Village Development
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy stated that the existence of Human Resources (HR) is the key to the success of developing tourist villages by optimizing digital marketing.
"The role of vital human resources in the tourism sector, especially in the development and marketing of tourism products, is also the development of tourism assets," said Deputy for Resources and Institutions of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Mohamad Paham reported by ANTARA, Friday, September 13.
He said HR has an important role in the development of tourist villages. Physical development will not be optimal without the support of increasing driving capacity and management, namely residents and tourism actors.
"Tourism will not succeed without the presence of human resources, therefore we encourage efforts to advance and make people aware for the development of tourist villages," he said.
He stated that realizing a tourist village cannot work alone but must have collaboration from the village government, pokdarwis as well as tourism actors and various elements of pentahelix.
"At the center we call it ABCGM, namely academics, businesses, communities, namely the central and regional governments, as well as media friends to jointly build tourist villages in Laha Country," he said.

The government, he said, certainly cannot continue to facilitate all activities, but will continue to seek assistance, through the company's partners.
His party will try to find various partners such as Pertamina and then also the banking sector who can later become foster father to continue the development of tourist villages.
"God willing, assistance will continue through cooperation with various partners, so that the tourist village of Laha continues to become a quality village and advance to become an independent tourism village," he said.
