Gerindra: Prabowo Is Focusing On Completing The Ministry And Cabinet

JAKARTA - The daily chairman of the Gerindra Party DPP, Sufmi Dasco, said that the elected presidential candidate in the 2024 General Election, Prabowo Subianto, is currently focusing on compiling the composition of the ministerial nomenclature along with ministerial seats in his upcoming cabinet.

"Pak Prabowo is currently still concentrating on working on nomenclature, then probing people to people who will sit in the cabinet," Dasco said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, September 12.

Dasco raised this when responding to the issue of a meeting between Prabowo Subianto and the 5th president of the Republic of Indonesia as well as the General Chair of the PDI-P Megawati Soekarnoputri in the near future before the inauguration of the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs to become President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia on October 20.

"We have not confirmed the schedule for the meeting with anyone. Of course, there will be a separate schedule or it will be decided whether or not in the near future," he said.

Dasco admitted that he was surprised by the issues raised by various parties regarding Prabowo and Megawati's plans to meet in the near future before the presidential inauguration was held.

"That's why I'm also confused, that's why you. We don't know the date on the inside yet, it's quickly circulating outside," he said.
