PDIP Will Make Legal Efforts After 5 Cadres Who Sue The Management Decree Claiming To Be Trapped
The PDI-P (PDIP) will provide legal assistance to five of its cadres who claim to have been framed to sue for the Decree (SK) of the PDIP DPP management. This step was taken because they had conveyed honesty.
Kita akan melakukan upaya hukum, Ketua DPP PDIP bidang Reform Sistem Hukum Nasional Ronny Talapessy dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Rabu, 11 September.
Ronny regretted that there were parties who used cadres such as Djupri, Manto, Jairi, Sujoko, and Suwari. Moreover, they were initially asked to sign an empty paper which later turned into a power of attorney.
"We see things like this as manipulative things that try to take advantage of small people, little people, small people who do not understand the law, so they are asked or framed to sign an empty billboard with a power of attorney," he said.
"And today we have heard that our cadres who revoked the power of attorney and also withdrew the lawsuits at the Central Jakarta District Court and the State Administrative Court, of course, we see that this is a step that is a responsibility, because they know that the signature is actually manipulated," he continued.
In the future, PDIP will not hesitate to fight against those who justify any means to interfere with PDIP. Do not let any more parties try to disturb their cadres or take advantage of legal loopholes.
"Of course we warn those who try to disturb the PDI-P who justify all means, take advantage of small people, our cadres who do not understand the law to interfere with the PDI-P, disrupt the PDI-P's sovereignty, in this case we convey that we are ready to deal with those who try to interfere with the sovereignty of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle," said the lawyer.
As previously reported, five plaintiffs of the Decree (SK) for the management of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP in 2024-2025 apologized to Megawati Soekarnoputri as the general chairman of the party. They admitted that they were used and only received a reward of Rp. 300 thousand.
This apology was represented by Jairi who was one of the plaintiffs at a press conference in Cengkareng, West Java, Wednesday, September 11. At that time, Djupri, Manto, Suwari, and Sujoko were also present.
"I represent my friends, first of all I apologize to the Chairperson of the PDIP, Mrs. Hajah Megawati Soekarnoputri and the entire PDIP extended family throughout Indonesia," said Jairi at the location.
"On the occasion tonight, I stated or clarified that we felt trapped by a lawsuit addressed to our general chairman, we were only asked to sign on blank paper, after that we were rewarded Rp. 300 thousand," he continued.
Jairi admitted that at that time he and his four colleagues, who were then SK plaintiffs, met with Anggiat BM Manalu at a winning team post. Those who are PDIP cadres are asked to provide support for democracy by signing blank papers.
