FPI Member Card Found In Search Of Suspected Terrorist At Condet
JAKARTA - Densus 88 Anti-terror arrested four suspected terrorists in East Jakarta and Sukasari Village, Bekasi Regency. From that arrest, a number of evidence was confiscated. Some of them include membership cards to the clothes of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI).
The Jakarta Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran, said that all such evidence would be investigated by Densus 88 Anti-terror. In the future, he will discuss the FPI's relationship with terrorism.
"All the evidence obtained at the TKP will certainly be preliminary findings which will be investigated by the investigators of the National Police Densus 88 Anti-terrorism," said Fadil to reporters, Monday, March 29.
The evidence for the FPI shirt is green with a white blend. Meanwhile, FPI membership cards are dominated by black.
Not only that, there are several books that read FPI. There is even a poster showing Rizieq Shihab's face.
On the other hand, Fadil said the most important thing was that acts of terror had been thwarted. This is because all terrorist movements in Jakarta have been monitored.
"Attempts to carry out terror using explosives or bombs in DKI Jakarta which we can monitor, detect and can prevent so that Jakarta, especially before the holy month of Ramadan, can remain in a conducive situation," he said.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya raided the residence of the suspected terrorist who was at Raya Condet number 1, RT 005 RW 003, Bale Kambang Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta.
In addition, Densus 88 Anti-terror also arrested a suspected terrorist in Sukasari Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. This is because the suspected terrorist is suspected of being the owner of the explosives.
