The Suspect Of The Murder Of A Student At The Chinese Public Cemetery In Palembang Had Joined Yasinan The First Night
Palembang Police said that the main perpetrator of the student murder at the Chinese Palembang public cemetery, last Sunday, August 31, had time to join Yasinan the first night at the victim's residence.Palembang Police Chief Kombes Harryo Sugihhartono said that the main perpetrator of IS on the first night had followed Yasinan at the victim's house.This was done by the perpetrator so that no one suspected that he was the main perpetrator of the murder."IS joined Yasinan the first night at the victim's residence so that no one would suspect his actions," he said in Palembang, Antara, Thursday, September 5.Meanwhile, the other three perpetrators MZ (13), MS (12), and AS (12) years when the victim was found at the TPU were at the crowd location as if they did not know anything.Now the main suspects are being detained, while the other three suspects who are still minors are also at the request of the perpetrator's family, rehabilitation is carried out at the Social Service until the second stage of submission to the Public Prosecutor.The perpetrators were caught in the article of abuse and child molestation, namely Article 76 C and Article 80 paragraph 3 of Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of IDR 3 billion.
The case was successfully revealed by the police using the modern Scientific Crime Investigation (SCI) method.
