Last Testing, Apple Releases VisionOS 2 Beta 9 To Developers

JAKARTA Apple launched Vision 2, the latest operating system for Vision Pro, in beta 9 for developers on September 3. This update was launched to prepare the system stably.

Reporting from 9to5mac, testing ninth is something new for Apple. Usually, the company releases only eight beta versions for developers before launching a more stable version. However, the beta version for visionOS has a different pattern.

Apple never released a beta version about a week before the iPhone launch event. Therefore, the launch of visionOS 2 beta 9 is unusual. It is not yet known if this beta version will affect its public release schedule.

Not many changes Apple added in the latest beta testing version. The company is more focused on bug fixes as well as a problem review in the new feature. All new features to be available on visionOS 2 have been added in several previous beta versions.

On visionOS 2, this spatial computer technology can take information from 2D photos and convert it into a 3D photo using a learning machine, can use a mouse with a Bluetooth network, and can receive AirPlay from iPad, iPhone, and Mac.

Apple added a new hand gesture to enable Home View and Control Center. The company also added trains to Travel Mode and changed the storage period for the Guest User profile. This profile can be saved for 30 days.

The launch date of the latest operating system from Vision Pro will be announced on September 16. It is not yet certain whether Vision 2 will be released on the same date as iOS 18, iPadOS 18, watchOS 11, tvOS 18, and many more.
