Three Teams Win The 2021 E-Sport Competition In Surabaya, The First Winner Is MDR Miracle
JAKARTA - Three teams won the 2021 e-Sport Competition held by the Golkar Party Youth Force (AMPG) in Surabaya, East Java.
"There were three teams that won the tournament during the semifinals yesterday (28/3). They were fighting for the first, second, and third place," said Firli Istifarin, chairman of the 2021 e-Sport Competition committee in Surabaya, as reported by Antara, Monday, March 29.
According to her, this time around 216 millennial participants participated in the tournament. From the number of participants, they were divided into 36 teams, each consisting of six people.
"We also involve several Mobile Legend game lovers. They are quite enthusiastic," said Firli.
The first winner was won by the Miracle MDR Team and received prize money of IDR 1,500,000, then the Pengen Tourney Offline Team won second place with a prize of IDR 1,000,000 and the 3rd place won by the Bang Tato Student Team with a prize of IDR 500,000.
In addition, there are also champions for several categories of Best MVP Player with prizes of IDR 250,000 each.
"The category of Best MVP Player is certainly a form of entertainment for my millennial friends," said Firli.
Meanwhile, the Head of AMPG Surabaya City Aldy Blaviandi said the e-Sport competition was held in accordance with the direction of the East Java AMPG Chairman, Yudha Mahardika.
Through e-Sport, he continued, his party hopes that AMPG can be accepted by young people in the city of Surabaya. Moreover, so far e-Sport in Surabaya has not received serious attention from the government or the private sector.
"So that with this competition, the interests and talents of s-Sport young people in Surabaya can be accommodated in AMPG," said Aldy.
AMPG Surabaya also gave appreciation to the Chairman of the Regional Executive Board (DPD) II of the Surabaya Golkar Party, Arif Fathoni, who supported the event and was also present to hand over prizes to the winners.
