Pertamina Lowers Non-Subsidized Fuel Prices As Of September 1, 2024

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sub Holding Commercial & Trading PT Pertamina (Persero) has reduced the price of non-subsidized fuel oil (BBM), effective from September 1, 2024.

Among those who experienced price losses were Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo 98, Pertamax Green 95, Pertamax Green 92, Dexlite CN 51 and Pertamina Dex CN 53.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Heppy Wulansari stated that the price of non-subsidized fuel will continue to be adjusted following the trend of the average price of oil publications, namely Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS) and also considering the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar.

"We will continue to carry out price evaluations and adjustments for non-subsidized fuel regularly every month. It can still, it can go up and even go down, depending on the trend of world oil prices and the rupiah exchange rate. This September, all Pertamina's non-subsidized fuel prices have decreased prices", explained Heppy in his statement, Sunday, September 1.

As for September 2024, the Price of the Pertamax Series and Dex Series has decreased and new prices will take effect on September 1, 2024.

For Pertamax Turbo (RON 98), there is a price adjustment to IDR 14,475, Pertamax Green (RON 95) to IDR 13,650 and for Pertamax (RON 92) to IDR 12,950.

As for Dexlite (CN 51), there is a price adjustment to Rp. 14,050 and Pertamina Dex (CN 53) the price is Rp. 14,550 per liter.

Heppy said this price applies to provinces with a motor vehicle fuel tax (PBBKB) of 5 percent, such as in the DKI Jakarta area.
