BTN Invites Santri In Pekanbaru To Become Developers, Develop Property Potential In Sumatra
JAKARTA - BTN Santri Developer Nationality was successfully held at a number of Islamic Boarding Schools on the island of Java, this year BTN held a similar program in Pekanbaru, Riau.
This program was developed with Nadhatul Ulama Circle as a property business development education and training program for santriawan or santriwati alumni of Islamic boarding schools, as well as participants from cross-religious youth organizations.
"The purpose of BTN Santri Developer is to provide education about the property business world to students/striwati alumni of Islamic boarding schools fostered by Nahdlatul Ulama and participants from cross-religious youth organizations who are expected to encourage the birth of reliable entrepreneurs in the property sector who in the future can cooperate and increase business cooperation with BTN, both in terms of financing and Third Party Funds," said BTN Finance Director Nofry Rony Poetra, through a press release received by VOI.
The training program runs from 23 to 30 August 2024. The training participants not only get a learning series in class, but there is a visit session for the location of the BTN development project as a model, as well as a review of housing project proposals. Learning materials are given very comprehensively, based on four main pillars of the property business, namely land and the environment, law, financing, and skills. Teachers are practitioners and academics who are experts and are competent in their fields.
From this program, it is hoped that santripreneurship seeds will emerge, develop and become quality developers to support property development in the country. Not only Pekanbaru, the National Development BTN Santri program will also spread knowledge to other cities in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, to Papua. Watch the video below.
