Suspect And Never Detained Since 2015, Today The KPK Examined RJ Lino
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the former President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) II, namely RJ Lino. He was examined as a suspect in the corruption case in the procurement of three quay container crane (QCC) units.
"The person concerned is being examined as a suspect," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in a written statement, Friday, March 26.
In this case, RJ Lino was named a suspect since 2015 and was last questioned on January 23, 2020. However, the anti-graft commission has never been detained.
He was charged with Article 2 paragraph (1) and / or Article 3 of the Corruption Eradication Law, one of which is detrimental to state finances.
However, in the corruption case in the procurement of the three QCC units, the KPK did experience problems in calculating state financial losses.
This is because the company from China, Wuxi Huangdong Heavy Machinery (HDHM), which is implementing the project, was reluctant to submit the QCC price documents they sold to PT Pelindo II.
In an effort to overcome these obstacles, the KPK is collaborating with the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) to calculate state financial losses and they have received a state loss calculation report from the BPK related to maintenance pending the completion of the calculation of losses related to the procurement of QCC.
