People passing by are diverted to alternative routes through Kuantan Singingi Regency."The public is asked to use another alternative route. From the West Sumatra to pass through the Kilo Kiliran, Sijunjung Regency to Kuansing, Riau and from Riau via the Folding Cloth route, Kampar through Kuansing to West Sumatra," he explained.
