DG Hubdat Encourages Labor Intensive Program To Maintain Infrastructure
BOGOR - The Directorate General of Land Transportation (Dirjen Hubdat) is holding a Labor Intensive Program at the Motor Vehicle Weighing Implementing Unit (UPPKB) in Kemang, Bogor. This activity was carried out with the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Region IX of West Java Province.
"Work-intensive activities are carried out throughout BPTD, as part of a commitment to building and maintaining existing infrastructure," said Director General of Land Transportation Budi Setiyadi in a written statement, Wednesday, March 24.
The implementation of Labor Intensive activities which is carried out involves the local community where the target of BPTD Region IX of West Java Province will carry out Labor Intensive activities in 7 locations by absorbing 506 workers and channeling costs of Rp.
"Today at UPPKB Kemang we carry out labor intensive activities with a total staff of 16 people whose scope of activities includes painting work on buildings and painting fences at UPPKB Kemang," explained Denny Michels Adlan, Head of BPTD Region IX, West Java Province.
In connection with these activities, Director General Budi expressed his gratitude for the support of various related parties, including Commission V of the Indonesian Parliament, Regional Heads, Police, BPTD, Provincial Transportation Service, Regency / City Transportation Service, Association, Karoseri, and the community who have participated to make it a success. development and maintaining infrastructure, especially in West Java.
