Responding To The KPK's Call, Hasto Is Ready To Disburse The Alleged Corruption Case Of The Ministry Of Transportation's DJKA

The Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto fulfilled the summons of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today, Tuesday, August 20. He admitted that he was ready to be examined as a witness in the bribery case of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub).

From field observations, Hasto arrived at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta at 09.55 WIB. He was seen wearing a black coat with a white shirt.

Hasto was accompanied by a number of parties, including the Chairman of the PDIP DPP who is also his attorney, Ronny Talapessy. He admitted that he was ready to provide information in front of investigators.

"As a citizen who has a responsibility to the law, I came and my attitude was not half-hearted. I will give the best possible information," Hasto told reporters at the location.

Hasto admitted that he was ready to explain his knowledge in front of investigators. Including, if asked about the management of the Aspiration House, which is the gathering place for Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin volunteers in the 2024 presidential election.

He said that he had heard that the anti-corruption commission would explore this information from the Deputy Secretary General of PDIP Yosep Aryo Adhie Dharma, who had already been investigated. This name is said to have met with the Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi.

"Well, after the meeting there was an assignment to Mr. Harno who was then the head of the bureau. Then brother Adhie Dharmo sent my cellphone to Mr. Harno. That's what Adhie Dharma said as long as I was invited to be asked for information as a witness," he said.

Harno is referring to the former Director of Railway Infrastructure at the DJKA of the Ministry of Transportation Harno Trimadi. He has been sentenced to five years in prison in this case.

Previously reported, the DJKA Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) bribery case began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to allegations of corruption at the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region. This action was carried out on April 11, 2023.

From the silent operation, the anti-corruption commission then named 10 suspects. Four parties are suspected of being bribers of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung (IPA) Dion Renato Sugiarto (DIN); Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma, Muchamad Hikmat (MUH); Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023 Yoseph Ibrahim (YOS); and VP of PT KA Management Properti Parjono (PAR).

Meanwhile, those suspected of being recipients are the Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi (HNO); Head of the Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP) Putu Sumarjaya; Commitment Making Officer (PPK) BTP Central Java Bernard Hasibuan (BEN); PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi (AFF); PPK for Railway Infrastructure Fadliansyah (FAD); and PPK BTP West Java Synto Pirjani Hutabarat (SYN).

The KPK then announced two new suspects in this case on January 22, 2024. They are Yofi Okatrisza as ASN at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and former auditor of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Medi Yanto Sipahutar.
