Met By The Regent, The Residents Of Lumajang Failed To Sell Their Kidneys For IDR 500 Million To Pay Off Debts
LUMAJANG - A resident of Ditotrunan Urban Village, Lumajang Regency, East Java, Farhiatun Naini, discouraged selling her kidney. Farhiatun was met by the Regent of Lumajang, Thoriqul Haq at her home.
"Because a lot of family needs need to be financed, please understand that the community has thoughts beyond the reach of common sense, now Mrs. Naini understands, there is an awareness that she is no longer selling kidneys and does not think about it", said Lumajang Regent Thoriqul Haq. March 25th.
Previously viral on social media, Farhiatun Naini or who is familiarly called Mrs. Aini wanted to sell her kidney for IDR 500 million to cover her debt. Mrs. Aini has loan arrears at the bank as well as a debt to her friend of IDR 2 million.
The Regent of Lumajang emphasized that his party, through the Social Service, helped solve the problems that befell Mrs. Aini.
"About debts and receivables, my family has assisted them, then I communicated with the bank to get credit relaxation so that there is a grace period to complete the assistance", she said.
Regent Thoriqul explained that the Lumajang Regency Government will also provide business capital so that there is economic income to restore the economic condition of Mrs. Aini's family.
"There are many ways to get access to aid policy information from the government, take advantage of the village head, sub-district head, and I also open up space to tell me, if such an open space occurs I don't think there is a complicated problem", he said.
Meanwhile, Farhiatun Naini was relieved by the various assistance she received.
"There is no longer any intention to sell the kidney, thanks to the regent, the police chief, Sir Dandim, the village head, the sub-district head, the Social Service for helping me. I also apologize at that time, it was too emotional", she said.
