JCI Strengthens To Level 7,432, Daily Transaction Volume Increases 4.54 Percent Over The Week Yesterday

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that based on IDX stock trading data during the period 12 to 16 August 2024, the majority were closed in the positive zone.

During the week, the highest increase occurred in the average daily transaction volume of the Exchange of 4.54 percent to 16.73 billion shares from 16.00 billion shares the previous week.

Then, the average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange was increased by 3.53 percent for a week to 1.02 million transactions from 981 thousand transactions last week.

JCI during the week also increased by 2.41 percent at the level of 7,432.090 from 7,256.996 at the close of the previous week.

Meanwhile, the average daily transaction value of the Exchange has changed by 3.33 percent to Rp9.32 trillion from Rp9.64 trillion in the previous week.

Today's movement of foreign investors recorded a net purchase value of IDR 767.25 billion and throughout 2024 foreign investors recorded a net purchase value of IDR 4.37 trillion
