PDIP Politician, Ex-Ahok Staff, Believes That Jakarta Will Lose Hundreds Of Billions If Anies Insists On Formula E To Be Held
JAKARTA - The PDI-P faction of the DKI DPRD believes that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's Formula E performance, which is planned for 2022, will incur losses. This is because, since the planning of the study, there have been many irregularities that have appeared that seem forced.
Member of the PDIP faction of the DKI DPRD, Ima Mahdia, gave an example of what was strange. He said, the study of an independent consultant hired by Jakpro did not include the commitment fee component, not as a fee.
"They only include the component of the cost of organizing by Jakpro. So that the end result of this performance is considered profitable," Ima said in his statement, Thursday, March 25.
Ima, the former staff of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok), calculated that if Formula E is held in 2022, the BUMD PT Jakpro as the organizer claims a profit of 376 billion.
However, if the commitment fee is included in the amount of Rp482 billion disbursed in 2022, Ima said that the DKI Pemprov will not be profitable, but will lose up to Rp106 billion.
Then if you add the costs of organizing Jakpro of IDR 211 billion, it will be a minus because the income from the economic impact is only IDR 498 billion and Jakpro's direct income is IDR 99 billion.
Moreover, the study of income and expenditure costs made by Jakpro is no longer relevant because it is a calculation before the COVID-19 pandemic.
"It should be canceled as early as possible, not later on to become a burden to the next government. "In 2022, Anies and Ahmad Riza will retire, sorry for the next government that will bear the financial burden because of this bad decision," said Ima.
