Bridgestone Dueler A/T002 Performance Reliability Test On Asphalt And Land Tracks

JAKARTA - After officially appearing for the first time at the GIIAS 2024 event, PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia (Bridgestone Indonesia) is now testing the performance of Dueler A / T002 on track on and off the road, at Proving Ground (PG) Bridgestone, Karawang.

In total there are four units of Dueler A/T002 embedded in four units of Toyota Fortuner 2.8 GR Sport. Besides being able to test it on the Toyota Hilux GR Sport and Suzuki Jimny 5-door units that have been pinned by Dueler A/T002.

"This is an opportunity to test the performance of our newest tires, the Dueler A/T002. Especially, of course, in terms of better performance on wet and dry routes, optimal braking on wet tracks, and better noise level suppression," said Bridgestone Tire Indonesia President Director Mukiat Sutikno, in his official statement, Thursday, August 15.

Responding to the needs of SUV and double cabin car users for tires for quality on-off-road needs, the Dueler A/T002 carrying the tagline 'Prepared to Perform, Whatever the Terrain,' comes with a number of advantages, namely a new aggressive tyre design, excellent wet & dry grip, and improved millennia (use longer).

In addition, the Dueler A / T002 tires also have an increase in the skill depth so that it increases the distance to use without sacrificing rolling resistance thanks to higher natural rubber content. It is even claimed to have a lifetime of 35 percent longer than its predecessor.

There is no need to worry about the standard fit test, because the Dueler A/T002 has exceeded the national standard (SNI) and also the JATMA (The Japan Automobile Tire Manufacturer's Association), through a series of standard tests for durability and tire resistance such as high speed tests, endurance tests, and beam outstanding tests.

Regarding the available size, the A/T002 Dueler is available in 15 sizes from four categories of rims, namely 15, 16, 17, and 18-inch, making it suitable for various types of SUVs and double cabins circulating in Indonesia.
