Using A Visiting Visa For Work, Foreigners From Czech Are Deported From Bali

DENPASAR - Bali Immigration Officers deported a male Czech national, Jiri Hruska (35). He was manipulating a visitor's visa.

This foreigner was deported for committing an administrative violation by working in the marketing management section of Selang Resort and as a representative of the Czech AquaTravel travel agency in Indonesia.

"The person concerned is subject to immigration administrative measures in the form of deportation and deterrence

because he has committed immigration violations by Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law No. 6 of 2011 on immigration", said Head of the Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Jamaruli Manihuruk, Thursday, March 25.

The foreigner was deported on Thursday, March 25 at around 12:15 WITA. Deportation was carried out by the Intelligence and Immigration Enforcement Team at the TPI Singaraja Class II Immigration Office, Buleleng Regency, Bali.

This Czech foreigner was flown to Jakarta and then continued his journey to Prague, Czech.

"It is hoped that this immigration administrative action will serve as a concrete form of immigration law enforcement in the working area of the TPI Singaraja Class II Immigration Office", said Jamaruli.
