JAKARTA - The Jakarta Satpol PP netted 348 people with social welfare problems (PMKS) in the Asih Foster operation.

In detail, there are 22 silver men, 22 clowns, 62 ondel-ondel buskers, 98 street singers, 37 flat, 12 sack people, 7 manusia gerobak, 49 packs unwilling to turn round the road, 4 street children, and 27 other people consisting of scavengers. , illegal parking attendants, ODGJ, and hawkers. The operation was held on Wednesday, March 24.

"The implementation of the Asih Foster operation with a pattern of persuasive and humanistic actions will be held by the Jakarta Satpol PP together with the Social Service simultaneously in 5 city areas," said Head of Satpol PP DKI Arifin in his statement, Thursday, March 25.

After being netted, hundreds of PMKS were collected by the DKI Provincial Government, as well as undergoing an antigen swab test as a screening for COVID-19 cases.

"Until now, PMKS data has not been found with reactive COVID-19 results," said Arifin.

Furthermore, hundreds of PMKS who were netted were delivered to the assisted social institutions for further treatment. The Health Office has placed medical officers at several Sports Center locations that have been appointed by the Sports Service.
