After Being Investigated By The KPK, Perumda Sarana Jaya's Inactive Managing Director: I Surrender To God

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the inactive President Director of the Regional Public Company for the Development of Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles. After being investigated, he was reluctant to talk much about the case that caught him.

“I surrender to the Lord Jesus. Whatever happens in the future is the best for me and my family, ”he told reporters at the Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, March 25.

When asked about the sale and purchase of land belonging to the congregation without permission, Yoory was reluctant to talk much. He said he had submitted all the information he knew about land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta to KPK investigators.

"I can't comment on that," said Yoory.

Previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again summoned the inactive Managing Director of the Sarana Jaya Regional Public Company, Yoory Cornelis Pinontoan.

The subordinate of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan will be investigated in the alleged corruption case of land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung, East Jakarta.

This examination is a reschedule, because previously he was not present at the examination which was supposed to be carried out on Wednesday, March 24 yesterday.

Apart from that, the KPK also examined the private sector, namely Rudy Hartono Iskandar. This is also the rescheduling of the inspection that was due to take place on Tuesday, March 23rd.

Apart from the two people, the anti-corruption commission investigators also summoned two other witnesses, namely the Director of PT Adonara Propertindo Tommy Adrian and Wisnu Junaidi as the owner of KJPP Wisnu Junaidi and Partners.

In this case of alleged corruption in land acquisition, the KPK has also investigated a number of witnesses. One of them, Anja Runtuwene, Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, was investigated regarding the land acquisition.

The KPK is investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Urban Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.

Apart from that, the KPK also named two private parties, Anja Runtuwene, and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.
