Police Are Looking For A Black Sedan That Ran Over A Child In Kelapa Gading
JAKARTA - The Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya is now investigating the hit-and-run case of a child in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta.
"The victim was walking in the morning with his parents. Arriving at the scene of the crime, he was hit by a black sedan and then fled," said Dirlantas Polda Metro Jaya Sambodo Purnomo Yogo quoted by Antara, Wednesday, March 24.
The hit-and-run in Kelapa Gading took place on Sunday, March 21. The victim of a hit and run is a 7 year old child.
"The victim is a child aged seven," he said.
Sambodo explained that the hit-and-run incident occurred at around 6:17 a.m. WIB, Sunday, March 21 at Jl Kelapa Cengkir, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
"Precisely next to the Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village Office, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta," he said.
In the hit-and-run investigation, police investigators obtained post-incident CCTV footage. The hit-and-run culprit is being sought.
