Case Land For House With DP Of Rp. 0, KPK Examines Managing Director Of Sarana Jaya Inactivity, Yoory Corneles
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the President Director of the Sarana Jaya Regional Public Company to be inactive, Yoory Corneles, today, March 24, 2021.
He will be investigated in the case of alleged corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta in 2019. This land is suspected to be used for the RP0 DP house.
"The investigation is being carried out at the Corruption Eradication Commission Office at Jalan Kuningan Persada Kavling 4, Setiabudi, South Jakarta," said Acting KPK spokesman for prosecution Ali Fikri in a written statement, Wednesday, March 24.
Apart from Yoory, the KPK also summoned the Development Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Denan Matulandi Kaligis.
Ali did not explain the examination material for the two of them. However, Yoory's name is said to be one of the suspects even though the KPK has not announced it.
Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.
Apart from that, the KPK also named two private parties, Anja Runtuwene, and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.
The four suspects are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. juncto Article 55 Paragraph 1-1 of the Criminal Code.
