5 Years In A Row, Pertamina Wins Award At The 2024 World Asia Pacific Awards Contact Center
JAKARTA The Pertamina Call Center 135 has made another brilliant achievement by winning a total of 12 awards at the 2024 Contact Center World Asia Pacific Awards.
This award achievement in five consecutive years was won by Pertamina Call Center 135.
This prestigious international level event was organized by Contact Center World, The Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices, where Pertamina received the award on Thursday, July 18 at Cairns, Australia.
Pertamina Call Center 135 won the Gold Award for 10 categories, namely Best Contact Center, Best Contact Center Operational Manager, Best Contact Center Supervisor, Best Quality Auditor, Best Customer Service Professional, Best Analyst, Best Customer Loyalty Program, Best Crisis Management Campaign, Best Community Spirit, and Best Use of Social Media in the Contact Center. In addition, Pertamina Call Center 135 also received a Silver Award for the Best Public Services Center category.
The proudest, Pertamina Call Center 135 also managed to get the title of the DREAM Team Award which is the highest appreciation for Pertamina Call Center 135 dedication which always prioritizes Development, Reward, Energy, Appreciate, and Motimate to achieve the best performance.

Pertamina's Director of Planning and Business Development Patra Niaga, Harsono Budi Santoso, revealed that the achievements achieved in this international arena are proof of world recognition for the quality of services provided by the company to customers.
