Hino Driving School, Prints Professional Bus Drivers And Trucks

JAKARTA - Bus and truck drivers are one of the vital jobs in the transportation industry, especially when the transportation industry is experiencing a shortage of professional drivers who have formal knowledge and competence.

This can certainly affect reducing productivity, efficiency, and even safety on the highway. For this reason, PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) launched Hino Driving School at GIIAS 2024.

This driving school aims to produce professional drivers with high standards of competence for Hino customers and the Indonesian transportation industry as a whole.

"Hino Driving School is here as a solution to overcome the shortage of professional drivers in Indonesia. This driving school offers a complete and comprehensive curriculum designed to develop drivers with high competency standards," said Sales Director of HMSI Susilo Darmawan, in Tangerang.

Hino has his own way of using training methods, such as combining theory and practice with composition of 25 percent theory and 75 percent practice. Practice training is not only carried out during the day, but also at night and in emergency conditions.

The Hino Driving School curriculum includes Smart Driving such as safe driving attitudes and behavior as well as safety, traffic regulations and rules, technology and vehicle specifications, good and correct driving, daily inspections, economically efficient driving, emergency situations, as well as special regulations for transporting goods and people.

Hino Driving School is open to the public, companies, and participants of the Pre-Employment program. Participants must at least have an A/BI SIM which is still active for 1 year.

Hino himself through the Hino Indonesia Academy continues to provide training for drivers to raise awareness, attitudes, knowledge, and good, safe, and safe driving skills.
