Man who threatened fried rice seller with "if it's not good, I'll slash your head" in Bali arrested by police
DENPASAR - Buyers of fried rice in Bali who threaten traders will slash their heads if their fried rice is not good, they will be arrested by the police.
"If you don't feel good, I will slash your fried rice," said the man threatening in a viral video.
The threat of stabbing was conveyed repeatedly to fried rice traders. The man threatened using a bottle opener.
Head of Public Relations of Denpasar Police, AKP Ketut Sukadi, said the incident occurred on Jalan Raya Pemogan, South Denpasar District, in the early hours of Saturday (20/7).
The fried rice sellers are known as SyaidatuNNifa (24) and her husband Andi (25). Meanwhile, the perpetrator of the stabbing threat, Ghazali (40), was arrested by the police.
"The perpetrator threatened to use a bottle opener," said AKP Sukadi, Tuesday, July 23.
According to him, the perpetrator threatened because he was influenced by alcohol (alcohol) alias drunk.
"The perpetrator was emotional for a moment due to the influence of alcohol. As a result, the victim felt scared and panicked," he added.
Based on the viral incident, the police moved quickly to conduct an investigation at the scene. The man who lives in Pemogan, South Denpasar, was arrested on Sunday (21/7).
