Investigate Two New Cases Of Firli Bahuri, Polda Metro Claims To Pocket Evidence
Polda Metro Jaya claims to have pocketed evidence in other cases related to former Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Firli Bahuri.
It is known, there are two new cases that are being investigated, namely the alleged money laundering crime (TPPU) and the KPK law.
"(Investigators) have evidence that supports or who supports (suspected criminal acts)," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, to reporters, Friday, July 19.
In addition, the development of the handling of the two new cases, investigators have examined all witnesses. However, it was not detailed about the number and identity of the witness in question.
"What is clear is that all witnesses in handling cases that are subject to running and other cases of witnesses have all been examined," he said.

Investigators have also scheduled expert examinations in two weeks. But it was not explained further about this.
"Including the agenda for expert examinations this week and next week we have scheduled it," said Ade.
In handling two new cases, Firli Bahuri was charged with Article 36 in conjunction with Article 65 of Law Number 30 of 2002 as amended by Law Number 19 of 2019 concerning the KPK.
