KPID Supports Transvision To Maintain Broadcasting Quality In The Regions

JAKARTA- In an effort to protect broadcasting rights and ensure compliance with regulations, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) is tasked with supervising and taking action against these violations.

Broadcasting without permission not only harms content owners, but also has a negative impact on the quality of broadcasting and broadcasting industries as a whole.

Therefore, strict law enforcement against the practice of piracy of broadcasts is an important step to maintain the integrity and sustainability of the broadcasting industry in Indonesia.

The Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) is an independent institution tasked with supervising broadcasting at the regional level ensuring broadcasting in Indonesia is in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, as well as promoting quality and beneficial content for the community.

To improve the quality of broadcasting, Transvision has signed a Joint Commitment with the Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID). This Joint Commitment is important to strengthen broadcast supervision, especially for broadcast programs that are misused by other parties for personal gain.

KPID is tasked with supervising and taking action against violations of broadcasts without permission belonging to Transvision in all parts of Indonesia.

Strategic steps are taken to overcome illegal broadcasts and ensure quality broadcasting standards.

The signing was attended by Marketing & Sales Director Transvision Brando Tengdom, as well as representatives from KPID West Sulawesi, KPID Central Sulawesi, and KPID Central Kalimantan.

"We ensure that all broadcasting activities in Indonesia run according to applicable regulations. Unlicensed broadcasts harm many parties and we will continue to work hard to eradicate this practice. Through strict supervision and strict law enforcement, we are trying to create fair and quality broadcasting in the regions," said a member of KPID Central Sulawesi Indra A.

Marketing & Sales Director Brando Tengdom added that this joint commitment is Transvision's step in improving broadcasting quality in various parts of Indonesia.

"We believe we can make a significant contribution in achieving this joint goal so that the trust of our people and customers in Indonesia will increase to Transvision," he said.
