Deputy For Investment BKPM Reportedly Will Be Inaugurated As Deputy Minister Of Investment This Afternoon

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to inaugurate three deputy ministers today, one of which is the deputy investment minister (wamen invest). The position will reportedly be filled by Yuliot Tanjung.

The news was confirmed by the Special Staff of the Ministry of Investment/BKPM Tina Talisa. Currently, Yuliot Tanjung serves as Deputy for Climate Development for Investment at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.

When asked further if there was a replacement for Yuliot for the position of Deputy for Climate Development for Investment at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM, Tina had not yet responded.

In addition to the Deputy Minister of Investment, Jokowi will also inaugurate Wamenkeu II which is filled by Thomas Djiwandono and Wamentan filled with Sudaryono. Both are Gerindra cadres as well as those closest to the elected president Prabowo Subianto.

Thomas Djiwandono is Prabowo's nephew. Meanwhile, Sudaryono is Prabowo's personal assistant (Aspri).
